  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free for all orders above $100.00

  • When will my order ship?

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.



  • What skin types are DNAEGF Renewal products suitable for?

    Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist formulated, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, all natural, fragrance free and paraben free.

  • Will product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc?

    If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.

    Our products do have an expiration date printed on the side of the tubes, typically two years after production.

  • Do you provide samples?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer product samples at this time.

  • Do you test on animals?

    We don't test on animals, instead we opt for scientific clinical trials with human subjects to most clearly measure the efficacy on human skin. 

  • Do you offer professional sizes of your products?

   We offer our products at spas around the country as well as specialized facials. If you are a spa interested in carrying

  • Can I return my product?

    We understand that everyones skin is different and we're sorry it didn't work out! You may return it, but it must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused or lightly used. You will be refunded to your original form of payment, minus a return processing fee of $4.50. Please note that your original shipping charges are not refunded.​

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If you are shipping the product to our fulfillment center, please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

  • What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

    Please contact us as soon as possible.


  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged as soon as you make a purchase.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
