Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your DNA EGF RENEWAL purchase. All sales are final. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will provide a product exchange of equal or lesser value. Please provide us the reason for the exchange and return the item to us (must be more than 75% unused). Please follow these simple guidelines to process your return.
- All products must be returned within 90 days of order date.
- Must be more than 75% unused.
- Products must have been purchased directly from DNA EGF Renewal through our website or 877 number. We cannot accept exchanges of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Please include a copy of your receipt—or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number—and your reason for exchanging the product(s).
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
Should you decide to return a product for an exchange, call our Customer Support team toll free 1-877-411-5476 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
