Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. Please follow these simple guidelines to process your return.
- Products must be returned within 45 days of order date.
- Products must have been purchased directly from DNA EGF Renewal through our website or 877 number. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Please include a copy of your receipt—or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number—and your reason for returning the product(s).
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
Should you decide to return a product for a refund or exchange, call our Customer Support team toll free 1-877-411-5476 or email info@dnaegf.com to receive an RMA number. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
